Job description: Senior Java/J2EE Developer

Responsibilities:

As a Senior J2EE Developer / Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Architecture, design, building, testing, implementing and enhancing the core company technology platform;
  • Evaluation of the design and maintainability of the existing platform modules.
  • On-time delivery of the software components and modules
  • Establishing J2EE development practices within the development team
  • Guiding and mentoring other developers
  • Evaluation of technologies and tools
  • Evaluation and implementation of software development frameworks and tools
  • Implementation of proof-of-concept systems
  • Documenting existing and new platform architecture and designs

Requirements:

  • Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree with 5+ years of experience in software development focusing on web applications
  • Must have experience working with Spring AOP and MVC min 3 years; annotations min 2 years, EJB min 2 years; JSP, Ajax min 2 years
  • Experience with relational database technologies such as Oracle or DB2
  • Experience with implementing high-availability web applications
  • Proven experience estimating, planning, designing, and implementing n-tier software architectures and solutions with emphasis on eCommerce
  • Deep understanding of XML-based technologies: DOM, SAX, XPATH, XSLT
  • Understanding of web services technologies such as WSDL/XSD and SOAP
  • Understanding of enterprise messaging technologies such as JMS and WebSphere MQ
  • Understanding of data security: Encryption, Authentication, Key management
  • Knowledge of the SDLC using Agile Scrum development

Job description: Financial Analyst/Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain time-phased Trace Reports on amounts specified in SOWs, Submitted Invoices, Paid Invoices, A/R and all the adjustments (by customer and by project)
  • Establish a process to monitor cost of projects
  • Establish a process to monitor cost of delays in projects implementation
  • Track billable vs non-billable activities by project
  • Establish a process to calculate the suggested ROI on products and services
  • Establish a process to monitor cost of sales
  • Monitor and track sales commission
  • Budget forecast (best scenario, worst scenario, most-probable scenario)
  • Budget split by department (help optimize and cap investment in internal resources (people and infrastructure)
  • Prepare financial statements as required
  • Present financial reporting and potential risk areas to senior management.
  • Reconcile and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Review budget proposals and funding requests
  • Conduct cost/benefit and other types of analyses
  • Submit budget recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests
  • Explain and defend recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with managers to develop final consolidated budget
  • Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending
  • Make forecasts for future budget needs

Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a financial controller / budget analyst
  • 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
  • Advanced degree in Accounting

Job description: DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Deploying and managing cloud environments INT/UAT/PROD
  • Deployment of web based applications.
  • Modify, support and maintain AWS-based components for public facing infrastructure, application back-end, and monitoring features.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance the following: test, validation and logging infrastructure for our AWS components.
  • Collaborate with dev and validation teams to engineer creative solutions to unique challenges.
  • Prepare periodic reports on engineering activities, for the purposes of project management and resource planning.
  • Continuously work to improve product, process, and tools proficiency, for the purposes of company growth, user experience, and timely product delivery.
  • Enhancement of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

Skills:
